Seville Cathedral: Tickets with Audio Guide APP

Important information

• Seville Cathedral is a place of worship, so appropriate dress is required. Visitors are advised to cover their shoulders and knees, avoid see-through clothing and low necklines, and enter the monument with their heads uncovered.
• The time printed on the tickets may vary by up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
• You must bring a valid ID card or passport, as monument staff may ask for it at the entrances.
• The climb up the Giralda is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the stated time.
• All children must be included in the booking, as they need their own ticket to enter the monument.
• During periods of high demand, bookings are subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until the booking is confirmed. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours, or sooner if the visit date is approaching.
• You must bring a mobile phone with sufficient battery and headphones. Please see the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audio guide via the app.
• We recommend checking your spam and promotions folders to make sure you receive our messages.
• For organisational reasons, Seville Cathedral may temporarily close some areas to the public without prior notice.
